    • Retention
    • Progression
    • Attainment
    • Data - including identifying gaps and sharing of information.

      Areas of Work

      The Education Management Committee are responsible for monitoring the implementation of the Waterford CDB’s Priority Actions 2009-2012 which relate to education.

       

      In addition a number of projects have been commenced by the Committee.  A joint initiative between the City and the County to tackle literacy is being developed.  Waterford City Childcare Committee have linked with CALMAST to promote science and technology workshops for childcare providers and to promote science in pre schools.  The committee will also monitor the Traveller Inter
